Exemplos como a plataforma Cybermalveillance de França mostram como os governos podem centralizar o apoio à cibersegurança tanto para instituições como para PME, tornando a segurança mais acessível. Segue-se uma reflexão sobre o apoio às PME na transição digital. Analisando como programas públicos, como o IRAP do Canadá ou o PRR e o Start PME em Portugal, estão a permitir que pequenas empresas adoptem tecnologias seguras através de financiamento, orientação e processos simplificados. A mensagem-chave: se queremos que as PME se modernizem, é fundamental tornar essa jornada simples, acompanhada e segura. A sessão termina com uma visão para o futuro: um cenário em que eficiência, segurança e acessibilidade deixam de ser compromissos a ponderar e passam a ser pressupostos no desenho dos serviços públicos. Desde plataformas digitais partilhadas no Reino Unido, como o GOV.UK Notify, até ao portal de saúde OPAL do Québec, o futuro passa por sistemas centralizados, centrados no cidadão, que reduzem duplicações e reforçam a confiança na experiência quotidiana com o Estado. No dia 25 de setembro, falarei sobre liderança — não como um título ou um foco de atenção, mas como um acto de escuta. Vou partilhar como, ao crescer na minha aldeia, vi como as vozes das raparigas — especialmente daquelas confrontadas com casamentos precoces ou limitações sociais — eram muitas vezes ignoradas.
Não vim com soluções, mas com a intenção de criar um espaço seguro onde as histórias pudessem ser partilhadas. Vou apresentar o meu projecto, Healing Through Storytelling, assente na convicção de que contar as nossas verdades pode gerar ligação, coragem e mudanças pequenas, mas significativas.
Numa altura em que a inteligência artificial e a tecnologia estão a redefinir o conceito de liderança, acredito que é essencial preservarmos a voz humana. Porque a verdadeira liderança, na minha experiência, começa quando escolhemos ouvir.
Essa é a história que irei partilhar. //ENG On September 25, I will speak about leadership, not as a title or a spotlight, but as an act of listening. I will share how growing up in my village, I saw how the voices of girls, especially those facing early marriage or social limitations, were often unheard. I didn't come with solutions, but to create a safe space where stories could be shared. I will introduce my project, Healing Through Storytelling, built on the belief that telling our truths can lead to connection, courage, and small but meaningful changes. At a time when AI and technology are redefining leadership, I believe it's essential to hold onto the human voice. Because real leadership, in my experience, starts when we choose to listen. That's he story I'll be sharing.

Retirar a perspectiva do fim, prolongar a juventude eterna, prolongar a vida / extensão da vida – retira o sentido da vida. Será assim? Que nova condição humana é esta que vivemos? Estamos a entrar numa terceira geração, a que elimina o sofrimento, a morte, a doença, a falta de tempo. Em paralelo, vive-se uma hiper focagem na materialidade e no consumo. Se por um lado, a noção do tempo, e do nosso tempo enquanto estadia na terra é um conceito que se tornou abstrato e plausível de ser comprado, há uma distração e uma hipervalorização no material, que nos desequilibra.
