Catarina Graça

Catarina Graça, People & Culture Executive Director, é atualmente membro da Leadership Team da Claranet Portugal. Assumiu funções como Diretora de Recursos Humanos da Claranet Portugal em setembro de 2021, após ter desempenhado funções semelhantes na SIBS e em empresas no setor do Grande Consumo - SUMOL+COMPAL e Danone - durante aproximadamente 13 anos.

Passou também pela consultoria, no HayGroup, mas começou a sua carreira no setor das Tecnologias como Software Developer e Product Manager na Neurónio, passando depois para a Altran, onde assumiu a responsabilidade pela área de Desenvolvimento Organizacional de RH.

É licenciada em Engenharia da Linguagem e do Conhecimento pela Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa e conta com uma pós-graduação em Comunicação Organizacional pela Universidade Católica.

Catarina Graça, People & Culture Executive Director, is currently a member of the Leadership Team at Claranet Portugal. She took on the role of Human Resources Director at Claranet Portugal in September 2021, after having held similar positions at SIBS and in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector – SUMOL+COMPAL and Danone – for approximately 13 years.

She also worked in consulting at HayGroup, but began her career in the Technology sector as a Software Developer and Product Manager at Neurónio, later moving to Altran, where she was responsible for the HR Organizational Development area.

She holds a degree in Language and Knowledge Engineering from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon and a postgraduate degree in Organizational Communication from the Catholic University.
